Taffeta – A Stitch In Time

The design of this particular taffeta is unique in terms of the floral stitch flowing across the black cloth. The natural sheen of taffetas makes this material even more interesting as it gives a lustrous shine. 

Taffeta fabric holds its shape beautifully; it’s a luxury textile and is well known for its characteristics of being stiff, crisp and having a ‘scroop’ due to the noise the material makes when it rubs together.

• Please allow up to 10% shrinkage for all fabrics to be on the safe side. For all fabrics wash before making up in the same manner as would with subsequent washes (including drying methods).
