This is a knitted sequin fabric so it stretches and it hangs beautifully. The sequins are attached in lines from selvedge to selvedge every couple of inches there is a 3-inch droplet of sequins. 

This is a very glamorous fabric and will be wonderful as a tiered dress or skirt. I can really see this looking greater sleeves on a plain black top or dress.
